TERMS & CONDITIONS

Once payment has been processed and the order completed you accept the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and delivery of your order.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM on a Friday or over a week-end will be processed Monday morning
  • Orders placed after midnight on a Sunday will be posted on a Tuesday
  • Orders placed after 12PM AEST Tuesday will be posted the following business day.
  • All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding public holidays and week-ends.
  • Please note - occasionally there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances. These are rare and are dealt with to the best of our ability.
  • If you do not want Australia post to leave your order in a safe place when you are not at home to sign for a delivery, please ensure you provide clear instructions in the notes field when placing your order online with The Sable Collection.
  • Australia post will require a signature on delivery unless you have requested that they leave your parcel at the front door (or other designated place). If they do leave the parcel, they will take a photo of where your order was left. If you do not want Australia Post to leave your order in a safe place when you are not home to sign for delivery, please provide clear instructions in the notes field when placing your order online with The Sable Collection.

How long does it take before I will receive my order?
All parcels being sent anywhere in Australia are sent standard Delivery, unless specifically paid Express. Delivery times will depend on your post code and where you fall within the standard/Express post network. Delivery is typically 1-3 working days but can be longer for remote areas.

 


 

ORDER TRACKING

 

Once your order is packed and leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.

 


 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEE’S

 

All custom fees, taxes and any other costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or postage costs.  Contact your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fee’s that are relevant to your purchase.

PLEASE NOTE. We cannot refund any extra costs incurred such as Customs fee’s.

If an order is refused because of these costs, Customs will hold the parcel in bond for a short period before disposing of it. In such instances, The Sable Connection cannot accept any responsibility.

 


 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Please note that delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, week-ends and severe weather storms.  We cannot be held responsible for any stolen packages or packages that are lost or delayed in transit.

All prices are in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD) and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for International Orders.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT SHIPPING/DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR AN ORDER. IF THE WRONG ADDRESS IS PROVIDED THE SABLE COLLECTION WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY OR COMPENSATION CLAIMS.
