RETURNS POLICY - here at The Sable Collection we want you to be happy and to love your product. We ask you choose carefully and read our store policy carefully.
How to return an item:We hope you love your new purchase, but on the off chance there is a problem please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase and receive a store credit. Our policy lasts 14 DAYs for orders shipped within Australia and 28 Days for orders shipped outside of Australia; from the date the goods were delivered to you.
Conditions:To be eligible to return an item and receive a store credit for your returned item/s. Please note the following.
please note items must be received by us within the timeframe specified above. please we recommend trackable postage. as we are not responsible for any lost items in transit.
be unused and in the same condition you received them. Items that have been worn cannot be returned.
have no fake tan, make up or other marks.
not smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other products.
have all original labels and swing tags attached. please note all sale items are non refundable.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on accessories, beauty, homewares or halted products. Goods can only be refunded if faulty.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense, we do not refund or add credit for cost of return postage.
We inspect all return items upon receipt. Please note returns which fail to comply with the above will be returned back to the purchaser.
We are unable to process returns and store credits until your item is received and has been inspected by us.
We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned to us. We recommend you keep a copy of your couriers tracking number for your follow up.
Once we receive your return and subject to the conditions above, we will issue you a store credit covering the cost of the item, excluding the shipping charges. We will send your credit note within 2 working days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. Should the item still be available in your required size, you can purchase it with your store credit. Regrettably we cannot hold items for exchange while we wait for your item to be returned.
Under garments i.e. - bras, body suits and bralettes (for health reasons), accessories,(earrings etc ) discounted items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
We inspect every item to ensure it is in perfect condition, before it is dispatched to you. However, in the unlikely event you have received an item with a manufacturing fault; we will gladly refund the cost of the item. We are only human sometimes we miss things !
